Our MCP diamond is supplied in 100 orientation - 4 point directions , but also available in 111 orientation upon specific requirement.

Thickness could be tailor-made for your application.

 The required dimensions  depend on the customer’s application. In general Oshmens delivers MCP diamonds up to ~0.55 carat /pcs.

Mono crystalline diamond MCP-100 made cutting tools are suitable for processing many materials: 
including gold, silver, copper, copper alloys, Aluminium, Aluminium alloys, beryllium alloys, oxygen-free copper (OFC), electroless nickel, graphite, glass, plastic, ceramics, unsintered cemented carbide, Various fibre and particle reinforced composite materials, rubber and various wear-resistant wood (especially solid wood and plywood, MDF and other composite materials)
